And along with that, this platform also designs invitation cards and event management related designs and create website as well.
Pricing and refund

Payment can be done by Bank transfer, UPI or Cheque.

After the selection of design full payment should be done
Refund is not applicable once you select the design and pay the amount. As designs will be initiated to creation or editing as soon as you do the payment.
Terms and Conditions

The company will provide graphic design services or web site design as per discussed with clients. On the basis of what kind of designs they want and design can be edited just twice. The scope of work will be defined in the project brief or proposal and may include designing Flyers, business cards, brochures, invitation cards, product lables, social media graphics or any other design services provided by the company.

The client agrees to pay the company a fee for the services provided. The fee will be determined by the project scope and depending upon the client purchase. Any client who purchase the packages ( Basic, Standard , Premium, Social media and event management) designs has to pay the full amount in prior to the project starts. Any client who wants to take services in terms of design bundles or certain set of designs has to pay advance of 50% of the project fee before the project starts & remaining balance is due upon. Any individual or client purchasing single design has to pay advance of 50% of the design fee before editing starts and the rest of the amount has to be paid before the final design which will be sent through mail and all watermark's will be removed.

All the designs sent to you before editing and full payment will contain watermark so client cannot use it without paying the fee.

The company will send the invoice copy prior to payment for those clients who are willing to purchase the packages or those clients who are willing to purchase set of design bundles. Once the invoice copy will be sent, payment has to be done within 4 days from the date of invoice sent to the client or else the project will get terminated and new set of price can be applied and restarted if the client wish to continue.

In the case, the client rejects the package or bundle designs in between prices will be applied as per Individual design charges.

The company will send the paid status invoice after the full payment to the client who is willing to purchase individual design.

All the clients have to pay the GST amount along with the fee.

The client will have the opportunity to review and request for changes in the design work. The number of editing for any changes in one particular design will be 2 times only. Additional changes beyond 2 times has to be paid additional fees.

All original artwork and design files created by the company will become the property of the client upon receipt of final payment. The company retains the right to display the design work in its portfolio and use it for self-promotion. Any designs used by the client before the final receipt can lead to legal actions by the company.

The company agrees to keep confidential any proprietary or confidential information provided by the client, including trade secrets, business plans, or customer data.

The company can terminate the project if the other party is in material breach of these terms and conditions. In the event of termination, the client will pay the company for services rendered up to the date of termination and there is no policy of refund in case of payment has be done beforehand.

The company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the performance of services.

The company will not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this agreement if such failure is caused by events beyond its control, such as acts of God, war, or natural disasters.

This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the agency is located.
